After more than 30 years working for the travel industry and having a background in airline, hotels, exporting tourism, tours operation (air and land) and reservations, we realized that we can give a very personalized service in Cozumel, at competitive rates.

With almost 13 years in Fantasy Travel Experts, and 27 in Cozumel; we know that we took the right decision, and now, we provide very high quality ground services, including airport transfers, tours operation, incentive groups, family groups, special events such as weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, etc., at very good rates with our bilingual, knowledgeable and service oriented guest service/on-site personnel.

Because of this, last year, we dedicated ourselves to obtain one of the most recognized and important distinctive that the Mexican Secretariat of Tourism gives to the Tourism Industry Enterprises, and it is called the "M" Moderniza Distinctive, which we obtained on December 17th, 2008, meaning that our company has implemented the quality controls for a consistency in quality service.

We operate tours to the main archaeological sites nearby, hiring the most professional tour guides, specialized in the Maya culture, with first class air conditioned vehicles, and with small details that will make our clients happy to have chosen Fantasy Travel Experts. We also offer tours on the island such as: Diving, Snorkeling, ATV's, Zip Line, Jeep Tour, Swim with the dolphins, Lobster Dinner Cruise, Submarine, Horseback riding, etc.

The staff of FTE consists of professionals oriented to the service who provide knowledgeable information about the destination. Our mature and bilingual personnel hosts our guests throughout their vacation, so they do not have to worry about feeling uncomfortable in a foreign country.

Quality airport transportation

Uniformed, airport representatives using high quality acrylic boards with client specific company logo will provide immediate service lost luggage, transportation, and welcome information.

All our clients VIP are contacted personally by our General Manager and special attention is offered to them. Welcome to the hotel with champagne, etc., only if requested.
