This is, undoubtedly, the most famous of Dolphin Discovery’s programs and can be summarized in two words: action and speed.
Two dolphins welcome you with an affectionate handshake, a kiss on the cheek, and let you give them one as well. Later, they take you for an original and speedy ride while you hold on to their fins. The most thrilling moment of this program is during the foot-push, when you feel all the strength of your new friends while they push you across the water from the bottom of your feet. It is truly “the experience of a lifetime!”
Group size is limited to ten people to ensure that you have a very personal experience. We recommend that guests bring towels and extra money for taxis, shopping, lunch, etc.
In order to participate on the Royal Swim or Swim Adventure program, children are required to fulfill the required age and height of 8 yrs. and 4 ft tall, a paying participating adult is still required with the children.

Dolphin Swim Adventure

Become the best of friends with the dolphin! This program was created especially for you and the dolphin to share a series of sensational and safe activities while establishing a unique bond of trust.
The dolphin greets you with a handshake, a kiss on the cheek, and lets you kiss it as well. Later, you will get close and personal with your new friend while it takes you on a belly-ride. At the end, you will be able to enjoy moments of great spontaneity during your free time together. It is an unforgettable experience!
Then put on your mask and snorkel to get an incredible view of the dolphins as they speed and spiral swim through the water and demonstrate their amazing agility. At the same time the dolphins will swim frequently in and out of the groups allowing all participants to keep caressing and viewing them from up close. Not to be missed...

In order to participate on the Royal Swim or Swim Adventure program, children are required to fulfill the required age and heigth of 8 yrs. and 4 ft tall, a paying participating adult is still required with the children. If children cover the age of 12 yrs and over, they are allowed to swim on their own.

The first encounter: learn and have fun!

Discover the dolphin’s best-kept secrets in a safe and fun-filled environment. You will be surprised by the great intelligence and friendliness of these wonderful marine mammals.

You will also have the opportunity to hug it, kiss it, let it kiss you on the cheek, and enjoy watching your new friend while it performs a series of amazing behaviors. They will make you tingle with excitement!
This program is ideal for children… of all ages.

• The minimum age to participate in the Dolphin Encounter program is 1 year
• Participants from 1 to 7 years old must come with a paying adult as a companion

Dolphin Swim and Ride – D.S. & R.

Before entering the ocean cove, each participant is fitted with a lifejacket and escorted to their individual stations for a briefing about the dolphins´ behavior as well as the basic guidelines of the program.

The first part of the program is a 10 minute orientation which allows the guest to understand the diverse and interesting aspects of our dolphins, what will happen in the program and general safety measures.

Following the orientation, there is a presentation by the dolphins, this presentation consists of jumps and other behaviors and provides the guest with an excellent opportunity to take photographs.

At the end of the presentation, the trainer invites the clients to enter the water and shows the guests the principal characteristics of the dolphin. This part of the program is conducted on a waist-deep submerged platform.

Guests will have time to swim and view the dolphins underwater with a diving mask and receive a kiss, belly ride and pectoral fins shake.

Pregnant women and people with heart or back problems are not permitted in this program.

Children must be over 10 years old or minimum height 4ft.

Participants must wear life jackets. Group size – Maximum 12 pax.

Dolphin Trainer

On arrival guests will be greeted by a member of our staff, who will offer them a welcome drink. Participants are organized into groups and are guided by a staff member at all times during the program.

Firstly, participants will be taken on a “behind the scenes” tour: they will visit the “fish house” and laboratory where they will learn to prepare the dolphins´ diets and be educated about basic husbandry, training techniques, daily reports and medication.

Participants will then learn about the basic principles of being a trainer in a fun “training game”.

Clients will have a break where drinks will be offered (free of charge) before the next part of the program.

The program includes 30 min. of snorkel time with a great variety of tropical fish and a D.S. & R. where they will observe and participate in the wide behaviors of the dolphins aquatic life.

Guests will lunch at our restaurant before they are escorted to our boutique to receive their certificates and photographs.

Kids Program

This program is directed towards families travelling with children aged 5-9 years old.

Before entering the ocean cove, each participant is fitted with a lifejacket and escorted to their individual stations for a briefing about the dolphins´ behavior as well as the basic guidelines of the program.

The first part of the program is a 10 minute orientation which allows the guest to understand the diverse and interesting aspects of our dolphins, what will happen in the program and general safety measures.

Following the orientation, there is a presentation by the dolphins, this presentation consists of jumps and other behaviors and provides the guest with an excellent opportunity to take photographs.

At the end of the presentation, the trainer invites the clients to enter the shallow water (50cm deep) and shows the guests the principal characteristics of the dolphin. This part of the program is conducted on a waist-deep submerged platform.

All kids receive a kiss and pectoral fins shake.
