Reservations - Terms of Service - Cancellations - Refund Policies
The Excursion Confirmation Service provided by FANTASY TRAVEL EXPERTS requires FULL PREPAYMENT in advance to confirm / secure space in this excursion for Purchaser. Confirmation Service Prepayments for this excursion will be automatically processed by FANTASY TRAVEL EXPERTS in order to reserve/guarantee space for Purchaser on the requested excursion. Advance Cancellations are honored up to 3 business days prior to the reserved excursion date. At 3 business days outbound, all excursion Confirmation Service Payments become non-refundable. Advance Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by the Purchaser by replying to the original FANTASY TRAVEL EXPERTS email Confirmation sent to Purchaser's email address. If excursion participants are arriving via cruise ship and are unable to dock in Cozumel at all on their scheduled itinerary date, the payment for Confirmation Services for excursions confirmed for that date will be refunded provided those affected notify FANTASY TRAVEL EXPERTS within 12 days of activity date that a problem occurred. Notification must be in writing via email (info@fantasytravelexperts.com) or fax (+52-987-8724081). Cruise passengers incurring an itinerary change while aboard the ship must notify FANTASY TRAVEL EXPERTS at least 36 hours prior to their scheduled excursion for re-scheduling. Every attempt will be made to re-schedule excursions for the revised port date PROVIDED CLIENTS CONTACT FANTASY TRAVEL EXPERTS as stipulated. Those clients not advising FANTASY TRAVEL EXPERTS of a port change will be deemed NO SHOWS on the original port date. Hotel/island guests can re-schedule excursions with 36 hour advance notice on a space available basis only. Email info@fantasytravelexperts.com or phone +52-987-8724081 (or 8724081 on the island) to arrange excursion changes. Please be sure to include your confirmation number in any message. We cannot accept excursion cancellations or reservation changes from third parties. The Excursion Provider reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is considered unfit in any way to take to part in their program. In case of an early arrival or late arrival of their cruise ship, confirmed/reserved excursion participants must make their way to the meeting area regardless of times stated in the reservation or call the telephone number provided in the confirmation to contact FANTASY TRAVEL EXPERTS or the Excursion Provider concerning tour status. Cruise Line Excursion cancellations do NOT reflect our operational capabilities. Cruise Liners can cancel their Excursions but this DOES NOT mean that our excursions of the same type are cancelled. Confirmed/Reserved Excursion Participants should make their way to the excursion meeting area in order to participate or to determine if excursions are also cancelled by our Excursion Providers. Excursion NO SHOWS are not refunded Confirmation Service Prepayments under any circumstances. There will be a charge of $ 20.00 US dollar for any kind of cancellation after they payment has been done. For full refund, less cancellation charge mentioned above, you must cancel at least 72 hours prior the service starts. If you miss the tour because of not being on the time shown on this voucher, no refund will be given. If the tour is part of a package, no refund applies. Fantasy Travel Experts acts as an intermediary agent of hotel, transportation and or other contractor companies and it will not be responsible for losses, material damages, schedule changes or any other irregularity originated by accident, sheer force or out of control causes. In the same way, there will not exist any liability due to damage, losses of luggage or personal injuries occurred during any tour. Passenger's tickets, coupons or confirmation number, constitute the sales contract between the airline, train, boat, motor vehicle or aquatic activity and the buyer and/or passenger(s). In view of the proceedings the act of enrolment or purchase implicates the total agreement of all and each one of the conditions and policies above mentioned.
